Mcdonald's - Melbourne

We went there 15 minutes ago, and the lady has read my order incorrectly, I corrected it and she said: My mistake? and read it right again. So why do I check my bag and my order is WRONG when I corrected it on the order... she has the one I corrected it on TWICE. You can't get a down.

This store on Palm Bay Road near I-95 was very disappointing! Five people working Drive-thru. It still took 12 minutes to get from speaker to cashier at first window. Three of them had their masks below their noses . Some how my order got messed up. Although how you can screw up a 20 piece nugget and 4 small water cups, I will never understand. The saving grace for this experience was the guy working pick-up window wearing green Humana mask. This gentleman had customer service skills and knew how to use them. He figured out what my order was supposed to be and quickly handed it to me and asked if anything else? I said no, that was it. I thanked him. He thanked me too and said have a nice evening. I live near this location. I will be going else where for future business.

I'm all for being super generous and forgiving of those who work in customer service and in the food industry. But we have had two bad experiences here. It takes a long time to get our food. Our order is always messed up. The AC isn't working. And the tables are NOT clean. I'm sorry to leave such a bad review! The employee was nice to us, though.
