We had to wait 15 minutes on the table before our drink order was taken. Admittedly, there were only 4 other tables next to us. She brought us our drinks, but did not try to take our order, just went to the kitchen. 15 minutes later we ordered 1 Sicilian sausage pizza even after a side salad and I ordered a dish from Calamari. 20 minutes later they came and told us that they were not able to make the Sicilian pizza because this pizza restaurant does not have enough dough.... really? You could just make a regular sausage pizza. I just wanted to go, but that was my girlfriend's birthday and wanted pizza before her movie, even though she didn't ask. Another 25 minutes pass and they bring the pizza, but not the appetizers we ordered my Calamari or her salad. then they continued to inform us that my Calamari was ready for 15 minutes, but not brought to the table, and they did not want the salad dressing my girlfriend, so they told them to forget about salad and bring the Calamari of Calamari was cold and hard, as rubber I did not finish it. we ate the sausage pizza, which was best something I would have done at home, then briefly to the left, we will not be back and recommend this place to everyone.
Everyone knows that a great meal always starts with a big appetizer and if the appetizer is good, then you know that the rest is good, but in this case the appetizer was a total disappointment. I first order the Calamari and told my waiter that this will be our main meal, just to see what kind of food we get first and as half Italian we would never serve Calamari that taste extremely salty, very dry and gumy not even our worst enemies. When asked if the Calamari were freshened here, the answer I got was that we apologise here, but wrong answer. I would have thought they were frozen instead of then I would have understood why they taste so bad. from NYC and a large Italian food eater, if you make it out of a bag you're not Italian and if your gravitation is from a glass then you're not Italian, tut Vincinos but very disappointed I had to pay for something I couldn't eat and not enjoy and the 1 star is not only for the appetizer, but for a waiter service is Seltzer water on chip cups...
Here's the deal. I really like the pizza here and came here before it was Vincenzos. That means customer service has been quite inadequate lately. Waiting times were longer and longer to get food, and the service has been a long shortage. Last time we picked up, they forgot an article we waited for 40 minutes. The food is really good. Just hope they change something and bring their stuff together.
Our first time here and it was Boy Scout Night and not busy. We sat at a stand with the seat cushion and a server came by and picked up our beverage order. When she delivered her, she said she was right back to take over our order. I ordered unsweetened tea and there was no sweetener on the table. The server took another drink order and conversed with each employee while filling the orders. We waited and waited until a large family of 8 or so sat down by us and we were ignored again while they took and filled their drinks orders. Again, she was involved in conversations with other employees instead of doing her job. After we were ignored for 15 minutes, we left! Extremely bad service, the staff are standing around, do nothing but talk! They just have a chance to make a first impression and they bleed it, we won't be back! I'm sorry the boys don't get their 20% of us, it wasn't their fault of service sucked!!
Went here for lunch. This was my first time to visit the place and I like it -well if you're craving for bread, cheese, pizza, this is your place. They're delicious. The waiting is kind of long but our waiter was so enthusiastic and friendly. The eggplant roll was soooooo cheesy not a lot of eggplant than I expected. The garlic knot was good. :
