On Bridge Road, Chicken N Beer can be easy to pass by. It is open for dinner Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. If you are hungry and looking for a quality meal before heading out for the night, I highly recommend making a stop. The staff are very friendly, the tunes are fantastic (90's Hip Hop), and the food is fresh, hot, and tasty. You cannot go wrong with any of the chicken dishes, fried or grilled, some of the best chicken I have found. I personally enjoy the popcorn chicken and some fries as a quick treat. I have tried several of the other dishes as well, the grilled buffalo chicken burger is excellent. Of course, they have some adult beverages to enjoy that can be very refreshing with their food. Give them a shot if you have yet to do so, I promise that you will want to go back.

After reading some bad reviews we decided to go and try it out anyway and we definitely should’ve listened to the reviews. Walked in on a Friday night at 7:30 and the place was empty. We ordered our food and drinks and was a very short wait before our starter came out (popcorn chicken) was borderline undercooked and the batter slipped off all over the place, went to grab a napkin and no table was set and no cutlery anywhere. 15 mins later are mains came out and were then further unimpressed. Chips had barley touched the oil and very undercooked, burger buns were stale and chicken looked like it was barley cooked. Once we finished our mains are 2 cocktails turned up. Not happy at all, let the server know and he didn’t have much to say and offered no discount or compensation. Will never go back and never recommend.
