As the only place in the area serving Halal McDonald's, I didn't mind making the 10km drive for some food. However, I was disappointed when both of the burgers I ordered without bacon ended up being packed with bacon. When I returned to get a refund, the manager's attitude was less than accommodating. It seems like McDonald's management doesn't prioritize the quality of their staff, given the numerous 1-star reviews on their page that continue to grow. My advice is to avoid this location and always double-check your order before leaving, as mistakes seem to be common and the staff doesn't seem to care about the inconvenience it causes their customers.
Great food, great service, never disappoints. Always greeted by the touch machines out the front that are always working. A genuine pleasure although I get a bit cranky when I have to eat my sausage mcmuffin and all the Herald Suns are missing. Maybe get some more copies of the Herald Sun and I'll be McHappy!
Surprisingly never had a bad experience at this McDonald's. Because it always consistently busy, the food is hot and fresh.<br/ <br/ Bonus points for the crazy good location, and the little window inside the station for train users.
The restaurant is clean and well-organized, with staff willing to help, although not always appearing happy to do so. During my most recent visit, I experienced both pros and cons. I ordered a meal with a McFlurry for dessert, but the ice cream was prepared before my meal was ready, causing it to melt by the time I received it. The staff kindly replaced it and took my feedback graciously. The location is convenient, but the layout can be confusing when determining who is in line or waiting for food due to limited space. Despite this, it is still a decent option if you're craving some McDonald's.
