Steer Dining Room - Melbourne

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I want to give a big thank you to the staff, who were extremely skilled and provided excellent service. I highly recommend trying the tenderloin steak cooked medium to medium rare - it was pure perfection.

The meat at this restaurant is outstanding. It is so tender it practically melts in your mouth. I ordered the Sher F1 wagyu porterhouse with a marbling score of 9+ and it was like being in steak paradise.

I absolutely love the food and service at this restaurant. Whenever I am on business in Melbourne, I always make sure to have a meal here every 6 months. It's a must-visit for me whenever I'm in town. The only thing that would make it even better is if they added my favorite beer, Peroni Doppio Malto, and my favorite sipping rum, Ron Zacapa Centenario 23. I can only dream that they will one day have them on the menu.

Honestly the best meal I have had all year! Great service, great food, great venue. Highly recommended!
