Subway - Melbourne

Located in a bustling area, this Subway is conveniently situated. While there is seating available, it is limited and currently closed due to the COVID lockdown. The food is prepared quickly and meets expectations, but the service sometimes lacks a personal touch in such busy locations, which was also the case here.

Located just outside of Melbourne Central and across from the State Library, this is the perfect spot to grab a sub. The restaurant offers ample seating and a friendly staff.

This restaurant is an excellent spot for enjoying fresh food. During my visit, I found the staff to be friendly and well-informed. The tables were kept clean as well. The prices may vary depending on the location; however, I found them to be slightly higher than what I would typically pay on the Gold Coast.

Very rude Indian manager, so rude we had an argument. I took the teenage boy I care for and we told them to keep their food and left. Shop is dirty and in poor condition.

I recently purchased lunch from this Subway store in Swanston St Melbourne, the female trainee staff member was rude and I had to repeat my order several times. The female had absolutely no customer service skills and the food she prepared was disgusting. I was going to have ham on my salad Subway, but it was all dried up and was very unappetising, it looked like it had been there for a week. The gentleman who appeared to be the manager was not wearing a mask even though the customers that entered the store were. Normally every Subway store I have been to I have never had issues with a store not been clean or having friendly staff, this one was extremely dirty and disgusting. I will never purchase a meal from there again. I normally love Subway but this experience has turned me off Subway completely.
