Melrose Bowl Inc. Schifs And Grill

Not sure what all happened with the staff the day of our visit, but it wasn 't very good. I booked their birthday special a couple of months prior and when we showed up,there wasn 't anyone behind the counter, we had to wait for a couple of mominut before someone appeared, then the service was poor, the woman behind the counter was Moody and appeared to be annoyed that we where there, this was our third visit and being all the other times it was great, I was taken back abit. When it came time to pay, again... Had to wait for someone to come to the counter to settle the bill, I asked to review the bill being we purchased a few extra items and the woman behind the counter appeared to be annoyed that I askedabout it.. mind you our bill was $90, when I questioned one item, she said... Well that woman over there in black is with you isn 't she? Mind you there was two women in black.. I am a big tipper when service is what us expected. Sheclearly missed out... Also when she brought the pizzas to our table she nearly placed them on the plates of my children that already had food on them, I had to move them out of the way..mind you there was room on the table to place thepizza without having to move the plates if she reached a few more inches.. I then called the Monday after to speak to management and was treated again that I annoying whomever was on the phone.. her response wasn 't, sorry or Iappreciate you calling in, thank you ... It was a simple monogone response I 'll talk to her The previous two times I visited this place, service was great. For what 's worth, the pizza was great!

Really friendly stuff and a nice bowling alley for a small price. 2bucks per round and 1$ for the shoe rental! I can only recommand this place!
