Applebee's Memphis

Out experience was excellent! We walked in greeted with a smile. Our food was excellent ????! I had 1/2 baby back ribs with creamed potatoes macaroni and cheese, husband had riblets, macaroni and cheese and green beans grandson had a cheeseburger and fries. Awesome customer service ????!

The food was very good hot ???? the service was great, a little cold in the restaurant but the food heated me up. Like the music everything enjoyed my visit nice place to eat.

I'm quite disappointed with the experience my husband and I had at Applebee's. We have been loyal customers for years, coming from Idaho to Tennessee for the first time and visiting this particular location. Despite our excitement, the service was appalling, and the restaurant was not even busy. We waited a long time for our change, which never came, and eventually left feeling frustrated. The service for our drinks and food was also extremely slow. This level of service was a stark contrast to our experiences at Applebee's in Idaho, where we received better service even on busy football nights. I have only given this location 3 stars because the food was good, reminiscent of Idaho. However, based on our overall experience, we may not be returning to Applebee's until we move back to the Northwest.

Look at the steak and you tell me how it looks. It?s one of their expensive Bourbon steak which has to come on a skillet, but they decided to serve on a cold plate without even bothering to inform us. This dish comes with mushrooms, but you will have better luck finding Waldo than mushrooms on my plate. ???? Also, the ambience looked so dull that for a moment I thought if something was wrong. I like the food at Applebee?s, but this branch needs to improve.

I came to this restaurant hoping for a quick and pleasant meal, but unfortunately that was not the case. When we arrived, the staff seemed unhappy and it took a long time to even get water, let alone our drinks. And when our food finally arrived, it came with the wrong sides. The appetizers came out late and we had to remind the waitress about a special deal we had ordered. None of us got a refill on our drinks and we were overcharged $17. It was not worth the wait to have the staff correct the mistake. Additionally, they watched us as we filled out the receipt, which was uncomfortable. I am surprised that this restaurant is still in business.
