I go here almost every other day to get ice cream and the young lady on drive thru double charged my card for four scoops instead of two, now she wasn’t going to let me know she did it until I looked over my receipt, then I asked her how much is this ice cream again, she said she made a mistake and charged double, but she credited it back on my card, now the receipt show different from my bank statement.. so Bank of America told my to get in touch with then, but there is no manager on duty only younger people. One young lady told my the manager is Montrell, but he’s not in on work mornings, but I can’t make mornings…
The ice cream was good, but the service was horrible! The lobby was closed unless you wanted to buy a cake. We went through the drive through and couldn’t understand the person taking the order. I drove up to the window and the girl opened the window and rolled her eyes. She made the comment about us just driving up without placing our order. I told her I couldn’t understand them over the speaker. She just gave me a dirty look. When she brought the ice cream to the window, she barely held it out and gave me a dirty look. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to go there.
Ordered 2 pints at Drive-Thru. Got to window and ask for an additional pint. She said “NO!” I said, do I need to drive back around. She said “NO!” I asked why not? Her reply, “they not gon want to make it!” Me:???? Just close this location down, why don’t you!!!! The service is HORRIBLE, they give you your ice cream in brown paper bags, sometimes with white spoons!!!!! Will the REAL Baskin Robbins please stand. Because surely, this is NOT it!!!!
Just no. The attitudes they give aren't worth it. Terrible customer service for high priced ice cream. I mean price isn't the issue, but don't give me an attitude along with it.
