Crumpys Hot Wings Downtown - Memphis

Yesterday on 11/26 order a 20 piece and the wings were old. The bone was black which look like they had been cooked multiple time before I received my order. The staff is rude as heck. Won’t be back!

I placed an order of fried pickles and fries. The order was very unsatisfying. The fries were hot and undercooked. The pickles were sitting in grease while in the box. If I the customer have a complaint, it's your duty as a business owner to rectify the situation. I only came to spend money not debate, beloved. I am a regular too. SMH. Prices online are NOT honored. Order was supposed to be $50 and when I went to location it was $89. I got 3 wings and a roll and it was $9.00 That is ridiculous!!! Check prices before you go-Also location is scary

The customer service at this crumpy’s wings taste just as good as the food. (Lol) The owner is PURE FRIENDLY and makes sure what you’ve ordered is to your liking and the order is correct. Crumpy’s has been around since the 90’s and still one of the few best wing places in Memphis.

I was there picking up my DoorDash order and the gentleman up front was awesome. He went back there and got my order ready in no time. Please stop by here and support!!!!!
