Krystal - Memphis

Updated: they are NOT 24 hours. I’ve just learned.I occasionally stop for breakfast here and lately they are becoming worse and worse about being prepared to serve breakfast on time. I’ve noticed this change has also come with a different employee now working the morning (than there was in the month of December and November) I guess the other employee was more responsible with arriving to her shift on-time and being ready to serve the customers. I suggest more than one employee work the early morning shift as they need help on days the food supply is being delivered. Those days the morning wait times run from 15-20 minutes. The breakfast bowl and biscuit sandwiches are always fresh and delicious.I’ve only experienced their breakfast. I sometime drive through to have the or breakfast bowl it’s always fresh and made to order. The staff member that works these early hours is always politely and doesn’t mess up the order. Normally is ready to serve on time. Only today was there a delay in opening around 6:40.

I usually have a pretty decent experience at this location. But this morning my debit wasn't returned after the transaction was made. Spent 15 minutes looking for a card that the cashier knows she didn't hand it back to me at 7:20 am

I am not sure what was going on, but the window employee was yelling at the other employee about a female who was not present. It was unnecessary and my wait was extended. The window employee/cashier kept taking 2-4 steps back and forth to the other employee to discuss the dramatic situation. Food was descent. I understand communication between employees is normal, yet yelling and stopping to assist the customer to shout at your coworker about drama is unwanted.

There was a sign the door stating dining area open. But door was locked. Employee had bad attitude stating that not enough employees working that why the door was locked. Well, take sign down. And stop having a bad attitude. I wanted to dine. So I left. DoorDash was there waiting also.
