Feedback gevenPositiw: good standard of pizza, in harmony with all other dominos sockets. friendly enough staff. negatiw: no parking available, had to park on double-yellow in a crowded road, enough space for just one car to a time in spots. the order was not on her system when I arrived. (17:35) although this was 10 minutes before my nominated pick-up time (17:45), but when they talked to the personal, they simply said: "It is not on the system, there is nothing we can do" although I have a copy of my order number and transaction. to the luck the order appeared on their screen minutes after. but that made me a little surprised that the computer screen is gothic almighty and the individual service for me was clearly secondary, despite my job proof. let me ask if they would have done anything at all if the order had not appeared on the divine screen. late collection. Although I arrived 10 minutes early and the staff so knew that I was there, my pizza was not ready until 10 minutes after my pickup period of 17:45. I am not one that is annoyed by this type of things, but the system that they follow does not have enough time for them to cook it in the time. I stood with my car, ready to move it for 20 minutes while I waited instead of picking it up and leaving it right away or within 10 minutes.
The workers are not helpful on the phone, a worker told me that I could have half and half, the next told me that they don't do half. I did not want to make any of the offers that are valid in the minute. only in general unfriendly and not helpful. with the price of dominos pizzas they would think that the personal could be a little more customer-friendly
Fast delivery of a burned margarita pizza! extremely disappointed and wasted money! too much tomato and only a very thin layer of cheese, which was burned over many black burned bits and blows on the whole pizza. certainly nothing like the photos online and I will not order again from Religious trowbridge is much better!
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING !!!!! Three different weeks, three different pizzas all WAY below standard. Final straw was when my last order came practically raw and all over the box. Both managers did not seem to care at all. One told me he would refund my money. When no refund came, I had to chase it down through Head Office and the manager told Head Office the link to process the refund wasn't working. Lie or lack of care? No phone call from the store to explain this. I suppose they thought the situation wasn't important enough. There is absolutely no customer service or quality of food here at all, and even more tragic, no sense of responsibility to their customers.
Ordered at 20:23 via the Domino’s App. The App said 30 to 45 mins wait. Pizza finally arrived at 21:30, after ringing Frome Domino’s and speaking to the Manager David at 21:26 on thing he said was out for delivery, then hung up! Not a chance to ask any additional questions! Open the pizza as soon as it arrived, it was stone cold!! Completely disappointed with Domino’s Frome, rang the David the manager back, he did not offer an apology and only offer a replacement pizza and an another hours wait, which is completely unacceptable!! We asked for a fully refund and finally David said he would refund the full amount, yet to be received! And still a cold pizza! To the owner of Dominos Frome from you really need to sort the customer services and the manager out and educated David about customer services! I’m sure Domino’s UK will be very interested in the experience we had had and the lack of customer services!
