My experiences in maccarthys were really good. the menu also includes large thematic of this Irish place, the hamburgers are what consume more, although also rich other snacks, good promotions in the menu, its prices are in an accessible...standard for which it offers the place. they have good promotions in the menu, besides which the atmosphere they live is at use when they like the bands of the rock. I enjoy it and the days of live bands and with all the means of good business, the attention that offers them is satisfactory, the first time that I was called the attention of the clothing of the meseros, they use a rock that I imagine is to do a homage to him to the land of the coming. I think the best days to go are the weekends, also there are times when tributing, hopefully soon goes to one of my favorite bands:
We had a quick trip through the la isla mall, definitiw the return trip only for the shopping center, but we decided that we had a beer and a bit to eat in mccarthys pub. we chose a hamburger, Mexican style. the personal was attentive and. the place is a general had expats, families and local parasols for wings, burgers and good pub-tarife. most people watched nfl playoff football. a lot to see in la isla and a good pub to eat.
Today we decided not to go to fuddruckers, but try to get mccarthys irish pub for one of their hamburgers and some wings. the place has no irish music playing very loud hard rock. the restaurant is very dark, but beautiful and cool...with A/C we ordered some bbq wings, they were good, but too small a wing, we pull through bigger wings, and they drowned them in grill sauce. I paid $10 pesos extra for blu cheese, which is directly from the cheapest blue cheese salat dressing they can find in any local market. my wife ordered the Mexican burger with bacon, guacamole and caramelized wobble. I had the mccarthy burger, with better Blu cheese, speck, tomaten, both burgers are with homemade rolls, the burgers are delicious and juicy. with a very small part of the French fries, they really need to add more French fries and a pickle. my wife ordered an ice cold beer, and I asked for a diet coke, unfortunately they bring them soda into a dose that is warm, so if they put it on ice, the whole ice melts and the soda is watered. we were really so upset about the terrible music that we go home or burger. we always ask ourselves, we will return, and the answer is absolutely no. chef bob lissandrello yucatan eat critic
It's a pretty typical Irish Pub cheap beer, average food (not a lot more than hamburgers), a dark atmosphere, and loud music. The waiters wear green kilts so I'm not sure if this McCarthy has ever been to Ireland but all the same, the...beer was good and cold and the hamburger was less than half the price of one at Bryan's in Santa Lucia and every bit as good. If you're weary of Mexican food, McCarthy's offers a choice.
