Baja Fresh - Meridian

It is great food, very fresh. The chips seemed a bit stale this time but usually they are good. I love the bean dip. All the flavors, fast service, and portion size is great.

Love this place. Has been a go to for me and my best friends for years. Definitely recommend the nacho burrito, enchilada style, with the salsa verde instead of the red sauce.

The place was clean, the food was very delicious and the service was quick and friendly. The portions was big for your buck. Highly recommend.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but if I do it is in hopes it will be feedback that can be used to improve the business. The last two visits I made to Baja Fresh on Eagle road was unimpressive. A month ago, my family and I paid a visit and the restaurant was very dirty. It had looked like a tornado ripped through the business. Not to mention it took a very long time for us to receive our order. We made a second visit today, and while the restaurant was cleaner it still could have been kept up better. The beverage station was was not clean and organized and again our order took a long time to make its way to our table. I had the crispy fish tacos and I was very disappointed. The fish was over cooked and the tortillas were chewy, cold, and tasted like I was sinking my teeth into a rubber tire. I'm sorry to say that I've given up on Baja Fresh and will no longer be eating there. I hope they can improve and get back to where they once was, but I don't hold out much hope.
