Feedback gevenI 've been a loyal semi-regular here since 2017. It 's a shame to see the crew get smaller and smaller. I can see how stressed the remaining few are as they rush to complete orders. This is a busy hot-spot Dunkins, why not staff accordingly? And you can 'ttell me nobody wants to work anymore when pay remains stagnant while the cost of living skyrockets. Pay up and they will come.
We pulled up to the drive thru with a carload of starving uncaffeinated humans and gave the poor girl a HUGE order; they seemed unsure several times during the order but they got almost everything perfect (I got an iced coffee instead of hot, but I drinkboth so it was fine! . They were apologetic of how long it took to get the sandwiches etc out but there was no reason fortheir apology!!! Thank you!!
Low quality food, often times you will wait 10 to 15 minutes from the speaker to the window. Management is failing their employees by not providing proper training and oversight.
Busy, a bit disorganized, as they tried to give us someone else's order. Used the drive through...they were out of munchkins (9:30am on a Sunday)...Sourdough egg sandwich was cold and Boston cream Donut was put in the bag upside down...all of the icingwas stuck to the bottom of the bag, ugh!
I got a large hot coffee here and it didn't really taste like coffee. I suspected they re used the coffee grounds twice. It tasted like watered down coffee. I will not get coffee here ever again. Found a nice gas station down the road which has greatcoffee, go figure huh.
