Puglia food are one the best in Italy and the hotel knows how to take advantage of it using its own vegetables etc.

We’ve stayed at Tenuta Moreno for about a week via our booking with TUI Netherlands. Hotel location The hotel is located on the beautiful countryside, enclosed with fruit, palm- olive trees the latter decades old). It has an tranquil atmosphere and an fantastic historic history. It’s highly recommended to have a rental)car visiting this area as it is quite remote. Cleaniness This is worth writing down specificly; the hotelroom, lobby, hallway, garden and pool are exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff obviously work hard to maintain the hotel and it’s surroundings. Room The room we had an 2-3 person bedroom facing the poolside) is spacious and has a large balcony with chairs and sunbeds. The views during the days and nights are amazing; palm trees, olive trees and country for as far as the eye can see. At night the sky was filled with stars. Holiday at it’s best really. Staff The reception staff and restaurant staff where superfriendly and especially to our 11 month old boy, very sweet. Pool The is exceptionally beautiful, it’s feast for the eyes and large enough with sunbeds and parasols. Enough sun and enough shade for everyone. The staff at the pool where friendly and welcoming. Service was excellent. Prices of food beverage are above average €10 for a sandwich for example). Restaurant The breakfast dinner area is wonderfully located at the garden for us to sit outside. We loved all the courses at dinner, various dishes with fresh ingredients, pastas, fish and meat. Dessert was just divine. Although we enjoyed dinner at our room, all was coördinated perfectly. We booked our holiday via TUI Netherlands and because there where many faults in their description of the hotel facilities, we where dissapointed on a few occasions. Though the hotel isn’t to blame for any of them.

We were not happy with first course and main course. But the waiter made it right in every possible way. But we like to go every night to a different restaurant.
