Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner and hostess, Lisa, and we immediately sensed that this culinary experience would exceed our expectations. After settling by the fireplace, we asked Lisa if we could explore the historic and beautiful building, and she graciously obliged. The dishes prepared by Tim, including salmon, scallops, shrimp, and steak, were executed to perfection, and we couldn't have asked for a better service. Just when I thought the evening couldn't get any better, Lisa and Tim surprised us with the most beautiful and romantic sleigh ride, making it an unforgettable experience. Lisa and Tim have achieved something that few fine restaurants manage to do: they are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind hosts, while Tim's culinary skills are phenomenal.
