Starbucks - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Im at the Starbucks on Wake Forest Rd it's a really big very nice store. Customer's can come in to order but can't sit inside. But they have patio sitting outside. They also have a speedy drive-thru. I'm enjoying my coffee on the patio.

I got several great caramel foam cold brews back in December but now I?ve had more bad experiences than good. They have been majorly skimping on the foam. I haven?t gotten any on it some times even though I pay extra for the cream. If I wanted a caramel iced coffee I?d order one. Today I ordered extra foam to make sure that I actually got what I wanted and there?s barely anything. It makes me really upset when I ask for something get charged for it and don?t get it. ????

This location is so convenient. I usually do mobile orders and go inside and pick it up. My order is always ready and waiting for me on the counter. I've gone inside and ordered a couple of times and had an equally positive experience. I even asked for a super complicated drink and they were so kind and helpful. I've never used the drive thru because it's always super long, but going inside is so quick and easy!

Such a cozy inside. I could sit in here all day and do my work. had a meeting over zoom after work and needed a place with wifi and coffee so why not hear. Vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew is an incredible drink, i dont do chain coffee too much but when i do, thats it

I REALLY love this Starbucks. Trevor Graham is the sweetest and funniest guy that works the drive thru window!!! I was having an off day, and he really gave me a 30 second pep talk and sent me on my way with my iced coffee. Always makes my coffee right and love the energy! Thank you Trevor!!!!
