Starbucks - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

Max was sooo nice at the Drive Thru. Ordering a drink sometimes can be stressful but he was very calm and patient with us. Will definitely be coming back.

Ordered tea and the bag was busted in the tea. They filled the cup to the very tip top. Impossible to open the lid without burning your fingers. It was also more then likely why the bags busted. 1 was caught in the lid. Tea dripping down the cup. Just a disgusting display and a rush job. Slow down and take the time to make each drink.

Anna in the drive thru is always so amazing! We come here almost daily and typically order the same thing as I can’t start my day without iced coffee lol. We get a birthday cake pop for our son and my husband tries whatever he feels like that day. Today, we accidentally got a grande instead of the venti we ordered, and she fixed it right away, and didn’t make an annoyed face or have an attitude like some we’ve come across. She remembered us today while on the drive thru speaker, before we even got to the window. She is always so nice and friendly and happy! We love her! Give that girl a raise! We definitely will keep coming back to see her.

Busy busy busy but I've always gotten my order correct, even though it at times requires more patience than usual.

Absolutely love this location. I come here each Sunday morning for a weekly treat and always receive the absolute best service! The nicest employees EVER! Lovely woman always has the most upbeat attitude when picking up my mobile order via the drive-thru. I have never had a bad experience at this location, and though I live closer to other coffee shops and even another Starbucks, I come out of my way to this location because the service is top notch.
