Good burger ceviche very well smaller portions than I would like, but for sobe averaged

This was one of our family's vacation lunch. Jesse and Asia have been waiting on us for two years and these two lovely young ladies are like daughter to my husband and me. The Ritz Carlton always does it right and this Ritz restaurant is a reflection of perfection. Excellent food and drinks! Can't wait to see Jesse and Asia during the Christmas holidays.

Rebecca the Manager was amazing as was the service team. It was hubbys birthday and they covered everything he had, from drinks to dessert. They made our first trip to the Ritz a memorable one.

Daniel, the maitre d was very helpful and did his best for my birthday dinner to not be ruined, and vanessa, the end of my server was very professional, friendly and attentive. my first experience, however, was very disappointing. After reading some reviews from the patrons who were upset because after the reservation they arrived only in dilido to say that it was closed, I decided to call the dilido directly to treat this concern and they assured me that they will be open. When I arrived very timely for my reservation, I was told that because of the small volume that this section was closed and the server and staff were trained. when I brought my unmistakable impressions, daniel was very understanding and accommodating. he found me a table that was very comfortable and found a server,Vanessa, from the other restaurant. she ensured excellent attention and care for my needs. cibels

There was no experience. the reservation on open table and when we were there they were closed. So I'm not sure if that was a problem with the restaurant or the open table app. very disappointing.
