Feedback gevenEmail I sent to the company: My guest and I went to your restaurant Friday October 28. Our waitress told us the 32oz drinks were $15 and 50% off. When the bill came, our drinks were not 50% off drinks because we placed our order 30 min before the special started EVEN THOUGH she told us the special was happening when we arrived. Then, when we disputed the bill, she claimed that it was not her fault. I asked her if there was anything she could do and spoke to the manager. Instead of giving us the 50% off our drinks, we were offered more drinks. We took the offer because it was apparent we were not getting our money back. We came back later and received poor service and poor drinks. The server later told us that the 18% gratuity was not for her, but the other workers (bar, bussers, etc). That may be true but I feel like we were lied to. I did not hear other servers say that to their guests. I get it-It 's Miami, you can charge people whatever you want. I live in Missouri, so there is nothing that can be done about it now. I 'm not disputing the price so much as I am how the situation was handled. In Saint Louis and other cities (even big ones like Miami), the guest is always right. And I know it would have been nothing to cancel the previous order and give us the half price drinks we expected or take off one drink. We didn 't even get an apology. [hidden link] [hidden link] At these websites, you 'll find people complaining about the service-more bad than good. A lot of them are complaining about the price of things and may or may not have asked before hand-I 'm complaining because i feel my guest and I were taken advantage of (because we 're tourists) and were misinformed on the price of drinks by our waitress (Again, we asked before we even ordered). PLEASE the one thing that would make this situation better would be if you truly considered what I and other people are saying about your restaurant. Please be clear about WHEN happy hour is, WHAT it covers and HOW MUCH IT IS (even if the guests don 't ask)People deserve that much honesty and it beats disputing a bill every hour. If my guest and I were treated right, our bill would have been 1/2 of what we paid. That may seem like chump change to you, but to us hard working tourists , it cost us a lot. The only thing we walked away with was a poor experience and a sincere hope that you would hear us out.
Two occasions! First experience was satisfactory only because of waitress Melissa very friendly. Drinks over priced same drinks in Honolulu, Hi half the price especially during Happy Hour. Second experience a disaster No Hosting at all, waited for a half hour before I stopped someone for service. After that food portions and quality was merely thrown together. I ordered a sandwich to add to my order after waiting another 1/2 hour. I gave up ask for the check. Should definitely not have been charged 18% gratuity. SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY LACKING!!!
Loved the place, both waiters, bartenders and managers are great, music is awesome, had lots of fun and look forward to going back the soonest. A pity it was so quiet during the week, Saturday’s to remember! Special thanks to Richard and Christian! Frenchies

Food and drinks were way way way overpriced. Our bill was not what the waiter said it would be. Fodd not too good. Band was great, but avoid this place! They are a buncho of crooks!
