One South Beach - Miami Beach

We arrived with a large party of 10. We were initially told we may have limited services. Management stepped in and made it possible for staff to fully accommodated our party. The night was perfect! The food and drinks were delicious! We will be returning soon!

Food was delicious, well prepared, seasoned just right. Enough to return, again. Prices were a bit high.We had a reserved table outside facing the water... quite lovely. The other seating outside was sectioned off, but several times other patrons poked themselves into our area... made for awkward moments ?I forget our Server 's name, but she was wonderful pleasant! She also apologized for getting to us late... after we were sat down, 20min past before we were serviced. Also, no Thank you for coming or goodbye when we left. This area could definitely use some improvement!Overall, I 'd definitely return... maybe on a night where an event is being hosted.

I arrived after being told this was a good spot to visit. When I arrived, it looked closed, to be honest. Upon entry, I was told there was no alcohol and the kitchen was closing. The business hours online said they closed at 1 a.m., and I was there way before that. There was barely any customers and I see why. There is a disconnect with what is communicated. I feel like as an out of town visitor, I wanted to give this spot a chance, and the demeanor was not the best. The waitress was sweet and she gave me water until I can get an Uber. However, this was not an ideal experience. I don't think I will be returning. I hope this establishment is ran more efficiently.

Party of four. Arrived early. Got a few drinks at the bar. Then they ran out of beer after two. The bartender lacked service and seemed rather amateur. Very slow with the drinks once we sat outside (mind you the place was not busy). The mediocre service was really evident to me from the get go. I travel and dine in nice places often and it’s very likely that I won’t spend my money here again. Food was good. Service was not so much.

First off, we had reservations for 9:30pm. We arrived on-time with everyone in our party and we were seated until 10:07p. It took an hour for our waiter to come by our table to order food drinks. ONE HOUR! I’m not exaggerating in the least.Secondly, when we got out food maybe 30-40 minutes later, some people’s food was cold. We didn’t get our food at the same time. One of our friends food came out a good 40 minutes later.Our waitress did her very best. We don’t discredit her at all. She was the only best experience we had there.Next, there was a $150 deposit made when booking the reservation that was supposed to be added to the bill. It wasn’t added at all. The cost for some entrees were higher then what was stated on the menu. The comped meals were still on the bill, it took 1 hour to get our bill straight. ONE HOUR!The entire experience was horrible. I would NOT recommend anyone to even go just because his name is on the restaurant. It needs a complete revamp and new top management team. So underwhelming.
