Horrible service. Entrees came out before the appetizer soups. Soups were cold-sent back food. Reheated brought back. Sides were not what were ordered. Asked for manger. She came by and t disappeared; just horrible. Not sure if it’s this location on 84 Ave SW 8 St. because have gone several times to Coral Way and 67 Ave and the one on Bird R, and the food and service have always been excellent. A nice gentleman did come out afterwards( probably the GM) and did comp desert but damage was already done.
I will be very objective. I give it 5 stars because one person cannot classify a place for one person.I ordered pasta with shrimp ?. It had a unique flavor, everything was just right.Clean bathrooms.The girls are very friendly and attentive.Just a gentleman who greeted me at the door. I describe it white. I won't return to this place because you don't know how to receive a customer and you learn how to treat your customers. He apologized again. He gave me the hand of Judas and I left. I want to highlight. Very good food. But with people like that gentleman it doesn't cause more entry. I respect all comments. It's my experience...
It's a pleasure to have known this place...With excellent customer service and quality in the varied dishes on the main menu to enjoy...
It is the worst restaurant I have ever visited, the food is terrible and the service even worse. The waitresses in this restaurant do not know what customer service is, they are very hostile and extremely rude, so much so that the lady who gave me the bill got angry for not having left her tips because of her very rude attitude.
