Feedback gevenTurned into employees fight with a customer / employee on his day. Had to ask if someone would accept my order. Had the worst smoothie I ever had, like burnt coffee mixed with ice. They had to have missed an ingredient on my order.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There seemed to be a conflict between the employees and a customer, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I had to ask multiple times before anyone would take my order. When my smoothie finally arrived, it was the worst I've ever tasted—it was like burnt coffee mixed with ice. It felt like they must have forgotten an ingredient. Overall, I was not impressed.
Hello, they claim the system is down when it actually isn't. I visited tonight, and the staff was more focused on having fun than working properly. This is the worst Smoothie King I've been to. Please consider hiring new employees.
The ordering process was frustratingly difficult, and it seemed like the staff could use more training in customer service.
We went to the next to this smoothie king, and it was 7:30 and there was a song on the door, that said closed No Staff.. And when I looked inside, there were 3 employees who did nothing. I knocked and nobody looked around. I guess they don't want to work
