I just called to ask about making a order and the lady literally gave me attitude and hung up on me, never ordering here again, rude as hell.

This is a sad day. Customer of 15 years. Today that will end. I very much doubt the owner will see to it that things change. Let’s start with the most obvious issue which is the BEHAVIOR OF STAFF. In the 15 years I’ve been going, one thing is a constant given when entering. The staff will comment on you and more often than not they have something NEGATIVE to say. They assume based on appearance that you’re not a Spanish speaker. They’re dead wrong, this is Miami and it’s safe to assume just about everyone knows Spanish to some capacity. This isn’t just one circumstance, it happens way too often. It’s a reoccurring theme especially with the people I’ve recommended to eat there.Why did I even eat there? One food item. I usually get a rice, one side and an animal protein. Cost depends on what protein you get. It was once a given you’d always have extra food left over, because when you go to a place called “Blue Sky Food By The Pound.” It’s basically implied. It used to be the case where you’d get more food than you could possibly eat in one sitting. What’s happened over the years? They’ve reduced quantity they give and the price has gone up. How so? They used to have the scale on the front counter to see the exact weight of the food you were purchasing. They’ve placed the scale in at the back counter out of view, still using it. Just far enough to where you can’t see it visibly. Also used print out a label with said weight of food you’d be getting. They no longer do that either. Conclusion is no one likes to eat at a place where the staff is RUDE and the practices are LUCRATIVE.Photo is what you’ll get for $13
