Boston Market - Miami

On the night of September 9th, 2022, the staff at the restaurant were the most beautiful and efficient crew I have ever encountered. The gentleman who took my order provided extremely friendly service that exceeded my expectations. My experience at Boston Market was fantastic and the food service was excellent.

The service was terrible. My mother was unable to go to the restaurant, so she placed an online order for pick up. We waited for 30 minutes to receive the food and no one answered the phone when we tried to inquire about it. When my mother went inside and asked about the situation, the response she received was, "I can't do anything about it." It may be necessary for the staff to have a training session on customer service. It was unbelievable. We arrived at 7:30 and left at 8:10.

I did not have to wait long at Boston Market, and the food service was fantastic.

I love the food. Good location and good customer service.

Terrible service. My mother can't go so she placed an online order for board pickup. 30 min tried to get her food. Nobody answered the phone. She went through the ride and asked why nobody answered the phone. The exact words of this lady were that I can't do anything about it. Maybe a meeting to teach customer service is justified. Unbelievable! Came at 7:30, left at 8:10.
