Fujiya Japanese - Miami

I had the most amazing sushi of my life last night. The quality was outstanding and it was absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend the ramen. This place is a hidden gem.

Cannot express how much I love this restaurant! It is amazing. The food is always delicious, the staff is friendly and always welcoming. And the aesthetics of the place are amazing. I come here 2-3 times a month and I’m never disappointed. I will say their specialty sushi’s are the best and totally worth every dollar. I know some people do come here for ramen, but I honestly ramen is not really their thing. They are definitely more of a sushi restaurant. If you’re wondering what your best options are here is a solid list: Starters: Hiyayakko, Miso soup, Spicy Tekka hosomaki roll Sushi: American Dream, BCBS roll, hurricane roll, ninja roll, tuna lovers roll. I gambled, and WON! I was on lunch, out of my neighborhood and tried Fujiya for the 1st time and it was SPECTACULAR. Real ginger, fresh sushi, the staff Itamae were friendly and exceptional. I'm never going anywhere else around here for sushi.

Honestly 4.3 stars. The sushi and the atmosphere are incredible. I will definitely be back to enjoy another Ramume and some more rolls! My only complaint is how salty the fried rice was. It was almost inedible.

I went for lunch on a Sunday and the restaurant was not very busy. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. Our server was very attentive throughout the meal. We ordered a tonkatsu ramen and an American dream sushi roll. The sushi seemed to be their specialty, as it was incredibly delicious. It was freshly made and we could watch as the sushi was prepared. I would love to come back and try some of their other rolls. Unfortunately, the ramen did not meet our expectations. The pork pieces were dry, the egg was cold, and the broth lacked flavor. I would not recommend the ramen.
