Pollo Tropical - Miami

Do not know if this facility has been sold to other management/owners, but everything changes around the worse. You don't wear it anymore? Pico de Gallo sauce? Raw onions or customer service for this matter. Prices have risen so much in fast food that your probably better food and service to go with a regular restaurant. Fast food becomes much more expensive, and additionally they do with their basic sales outlets. It may be different in other places, but the manager here seemed not worried?

The service in this place was terrible. When eating with my family, several customers were turned away because one employee went to the register? Break? It was about 19:45 a.m. and a customer who was in line was told by a young woman who came out of the back, ?she (the employee in the register) can not take your order because she was in the break?. The gentlemen told her, "Your doors are open, and you have no signs that say anything else?. She tells him, you came through the exit I saw you through the camera on the back? The alleged entrance door was blocked with the garbage. Make sure none of the doors had any markings on the door that they were entrances or exits. I saw about 20 customers turn off. I hope the owner of this store knows what the supervisor/manager does with his business.

I love pollen tropical, but recently I had stopped ordering from you because for example the Chicken Cesar Salad NIE comes with the DRESSING, I need to call the Uber Eats driver to ensure that sending it over. It is called Chicken Cesar Salad NO Lettuce and Chicken Salad and this happens around Miami. Is BAD business for you to save on dressing when costumers pay for the hole thing. Shame on you

I think this would be my last time ordering from Pollo Tropical. My order always comes out messed up. Today?s example: I ordered a Chicken Cuban Sandwich; what I received? Chicken breast with white rice and black beans. I?m sorry, the food is delicious but there?s no point if the order is incorrect.
