Mama C’s Pizzeria - Michigan City

Always busy, but really friendly and helpful staff! love the oktopus, but the dishes are generally very good and cheap.

They don’t bother to update their hours when they close early. We drove and walked in the freezing cold to get here only to be turned away at 5 pm.

Walk in expecting great service. Waited 30 minutes and the table next to us who ordered after us got 2 of their items. They had a total of 4 people. 10 minutes later, we get 2 of our items and are presented with “it will be a 5 minute wait for your mozzarella sticks.” We have been sitting here for 45 minutes and still don’t have all of our food. The table next to us still doesn’t have all of their food. Another table they forgot the ladies pizza and they got a refund. And finally, another lady asked for a refund after waiting a long time. Also, they topped the pizza with pepper. Do not go here. Save your money. Not worth the 22 we spent for 2 small pizzas and mozzarella sticks.
