The Crown Inn - Mid Suffolk

Visited every evening as the wife and I were staying in a close by cottage . Very friendly staff locals , felt very welcome . Curry Quiz night was great also , Hope to visit again one day

A warm welcome and great food. Perfect way to end our Norfolk adventure and Pepsi the dog loved it with his own menu!

We were regulars until we moved away 4 years ago, today was our first visit since returning. Sunday lunch done right, if anything it's got better over the years. We'll be back frequently

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. While some of the staff were helpful and polite, the woman I spoke to at the end about an issue was dismissive and did not offer an apology. I politely informed her that a piece of the wooden wall had fallen and hurt my big toe, but her response was defensive. Some of my group enjoyed their meals, but mine was dry and unimpressive. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

While out on a bike ride, we stumbled upon this charming pub and had a delightful lunch of sandwiches and chips. The ale was excellent and the staff were friendly. We were disappointed that we wouldn't be able to visit again on our future rides.
