Burger King - Middle

This place is absolutely terrible Ive never wrote a review on a store before but I have been here about 5 times and each time I have an absolutely terrible time if there was negative stars I would give them this place sucks and I hope it closes down as soon as possible night time employees are

Yo so I order for my boyfriend whom punched me in the face because it wasn't the right order and it's not what they wanted so I parked and tried to take it back and the lady says oh I can't take it back it left the property I said uh what no definitely didn't all I did was park she said she couldn't give me what the person wanted to buy and the rest of my money back.. nope she said she talked to someone in the back but nope. She came out said nope can't do it. They don't have any policy I could see written down anywhere saying they can't exchange or anything and they are supposed to make sure the customer is SATISFIED now that is on the receipt AND I WAS NOT SATISFIED. Terrible customer service!!!

Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Actually got HOT fries and onion rings.

By far the cleanest restaurant with HOT fresh fries and onion rings!!! The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

I was the only one in drive-thru. No customers were in the restaurant. Service was very slow, food was cold, and diet Coke tasted terrible. I had to throw it away.
