Middleton Bbq

Middleton BBQ recently catered our company party and the food was to die for! We had a smaller number of guests than what Brian was used to and to say he went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Within the first hour of our party, we went through 4 1/2 lbs of the sliced beef brisket. Brian's homemade Alabama White Sauce is so incredible, I've had dreams about it It's seriously that good!

Mediumton BBQ provided a warm and inviting dinner for our son's special occasion. Brian and Darlene were helpful in suggesting side dishes and portion sizes. They prepared a delicious North Carolina vinegar-style pulled pork BBQ, which was a hit with our son. We had plenty of food for all of our hungry guests and received many compliments on the meal.
