Fiore Ii - Middletown

Came here on a whim after looking up food near me and I am so happy we picked this place. The food was AH MAY ZING! The staff was so polite and quick, and the grilled chicken actually tasted fresh and grilled, not thawed and heated up. Pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce seasoned, and the cooked veggies still had some crunch left. Oh and the MEATBALLS app was so delicious!

I recently had lunch with 2 friends. Two of us bought the Burrata Salad based on the description: Burrata Salad arugula, fresh tomatoes, basil, red onion, roasted red peppers and extra virgin olive oil. First off, the tomatoes were so unripe and not fresh...I get them riper at a grocery store. They were pink and hard as a rock!! I can't believe a chef would even serve them! That left the arugula which was maybe a handful, if that, with two balls of burrata, a sprinkle of chopped roasted peppers. Thank God for the garlic knots because we basically had to eat the burrata with the garlic knots. When they came to grab our dishes, I mentioned my concerns. The waiter brought it in the kitchen. When he came out, he went about doing whatever. When we asked him what the chef said, he said he told him he would try to make it smaller?????? Not sure what that meant. Maybe they do good with their other meals, our salads were very subpar.

The garlic knots that they bring to the table are a great start to a solid Italian dinner. Lots of pasta options and they are generous with the portions. Very fair prices for what you get.

We went once and now we came back often ! Food is excellent, everything !

Service was great, food was delicious. Would definitely consider visiting again
