I just wanted to stop and share my experience. I am currently Food and Beverage Manager at Honors Haven Retreat and Conference. More often than not, we end up doing a “Pickup instead of delivery” will help control and keep as many of our employees and guests as safe as possible during the pandemic. Every time I get to the Middletown, NY Depot, I am greeted by friendly faces, high professionalism and great customer service. From the super personal guy who actually helps with order pick-up, to the people in the back that help me in obtaining display elements such as bar mats, napkins caddys, glasses, etc. I really prefer to do the 50min drive only for the positive experience. Looks like a great team!! Thanks Southern!

Appointment 14:00, arrival 13:10, door 13:50. Start loading 14:00 check out 14:40. 2 trucks before me same time, very fast.
