Mcdonald's - Midlothian

The worst experience I have ever had. 4/20/24 wait 5 minutes for food then had to go inside and get my food because it wasn't even ready I was forgot about and then the employee's acted like I was a bother and didn't want to give me everything I paid for . I will not return to this location. ?

Pretty busy location with very recent drive-thru improvements now 2 lanes), however service is always frustratingly slow during dinner time. However, orders are usually prepared accurately including customizations. Staff is usually friendly, courteous and professional.

DONT COME HERE LATE NIGHTE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICEI went through the drive thru at 11:30 pm, sat at the microphone for 5 minutes without hearing a peep despite talking. I pulled forward to see if anyone was even working, I saw there was someone at the window, so I went to back up, but was unable to, so i was stuck. After waiting another 5 minutes for the person at the window to leave, I was told that I would have to drive all the way back around.

Went through drive through and got wrong order went in to get correct order and order was still incorrect. Service was horrible. The lady was so rude and upset with me about her messing up my order lol. Fast food run took 43 minutes needless to say and no I won’t be going back.

Transpired a little after 11 pm tonight: I ordered two $3.50 bundles and only received one. They did not give me a receipt either.
