Villa Tropicana - Mijas

We were staying just across the road and had never visited or knew it was there. On a recommendation we had dinner there. Due to the time of year it was quiet and not warm enough to sit outside. the staffm were okay but not the best. The meal, we had 2 courses was satisfactory but nothing special and we put this visit down as a 'done it, got the t-shirt ' visit. What surprised us was the bill, having spent 2 weeks in the area this was our most expensive meal and we had far better meals and drinks for a lot less. We will not be visiting again.

Had a lovely three courses here tonight shared prawn croquettes to start than I had tagliatelle and hubby had duck , then cheese between us , washed down with a lovely robust red watching the sea disappearing at sundown lovely staff , great views and, as always fabulous food not cheap but you get what you pay for and we had a free top up of our liquor 43 final drink what a great evening

Un chiringuito muy agradable, por su decoración y unas vistas al mar increíbles . El personal muy simpático y atento , en especial Luis , se nota que le gusta su trabajo. Quizás los precios un poco elevados , pero en general la comida , muy buena.

Un restaurante acogedor con un buen ambiente, comida excelente y un servicio muy amable. ¡Además, se permiten mascotas, lo cual es genial!

Had fantastic evening meal. Staff are fantastic, we were staying just opposite and found this wonderful restaurant by accident when we walked to Fuengirola on our first day. Then we stopped frequently just to sit, have a few glasses of wine and just take in the beautiful view. One of the nicest places and would recommend it to anyone. The staff are absolutely fantastic.
