Feedback gevenA cleaning cloth was left hanging in the bathroom when I checked in. I told the front desk about this. Nobody ever contacted me to apologize or discuss this matter. I didn't receive any satisfaction survey email so I'm unable to share a review about my experience on Marriott's website. Is this the new standard of treating your loyal customer or any customer?
Hotel shuttle is a huge benefit. Rooms are clean and nice. The property is like an L. If you get a room with a higher number 655 vs 605 you are going to have a hike from the elevator. Would be nice to have elevators on each end. Again...rooms are clean and property is nice.Rooms: 5/5
This hotel was clean, but they clearly cut corners whenever possible to save money. The carpeting on the walls gave my family the ick. Definitely not worth the price, but typical for the area and airport hotels in general. Shuttle came often enough, and it’s included.Rooms: 3/5
They charge a ridiculous amount of extra money for early check-in, even if you are an elite Bonvoy member. I even wanted to trade late check out for early check-in, and they declined. And plenty of rooms were available. Coming from the east, trying to prepare for a meeting, super inconvenient. Although location great and rooms are nice, I will never stay there again. Nor, do I recommend you do if you think you will be there before 3 PM.
Super location for San-Fran airport. Parking is interesting, but shuttle to/from airport is great. Food is adequate, and it has a most-interesting soup/ramen vending machine in the lobby!Rooms: 4/5
