This location has became horrible. The last 2 times I have been in has been well below expectations for a Subway. I went in and the 2 girls working had the worst attitudes very rude towards multiple customers. Easter Sunday I walk in to get a sandwich and I have to stand there 10 minutes listening to the girls complain about people not working..... And yet they never once walked.out front to take my order. After the 6 people sitting down finished their food I just walked out.... Still never once seeing an Employee. Management needs to know the situation and replace these employees.
Person making my sub drops a knife, cuts themself while picking it up but continues to make my sub instead of waiting for someone else to come finish it. Tried not to get any blood on it but never can be to sure.
Despite the non existence of Guacamole here of late mainly a corporate issue not local I just gotta say staff is nice, always responsive and attentive to customer requests, always ask for my sub to be toasted longer with veggies and come in enough they tend to remember without you needing to ask it’s great, now here is my order and I promise no one who orders it as well will regret it. Steak Pepper Jack Cheese, jalapeños, banana peppers, tomato, onion, garlic oil, toast it longer. Add Spinach, Light on the Mayo then top it off with Chipotle Southwest. You’re WELCOME in advance.
The new manager “Katlyn” is really having a great impact on the entire store. Overall attitude has greatly improved and the lettuce, etc is staying fresh now.
