The employee working on 3/20/22, was very rude and decided to fill an online order, while I stood there at the counter. First she was reprimanding some little kids in the dining room and then she told me that online orders came first. Will never shop at the subway in Millstadt again Theresa

I see now why this location has a 1.5 star rating! The manager Lori is a crabby old bitty! We did an online order for the BOGO, credit card was charged but the order was lost in their system. I showed her the order from my phone and the charge on my card. She told me they do not honor the BOGO deal even though the app say they do! Which I showed her! Basically said she didn 't care and there is nothing she can do! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will not be going back to this location and I would also say if you are looking for a friendly location, stay away from Lori the old bitty!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! Manager informed me it was her store and to get the F out. Mind you there were people sitting in there. She rudely corrected the lady making my sandwich to shut up and get moving as she was ringing me out. I just attempted to inform the manager she had no clue what we were talking about to say that. Her skills were shown to the store by kicking me out for saying that. Pathetic and will NEVER return
