Feedback gevenI 100% understand they they are absolutely busy, but what i dont get is why a tall earl grey takes longer than every order that was taken after i had mine taken. Like its just hot water and a tea bag, man … i had to leave it behind because i was about to miss my bus after waiting about 20+ minutes. Meanwhile every person who ordered after i did got their drinks.like my first trip there, the dude was so confused when i ordered a plain green tea. Its like he couldnt comprehend that someone just orders green tea thats not a matcha. They wouldnt even let me get it because they apparently needed it for other drinks … my brother in christ, yall are out of every dairy alternative 90% of the time i go to starbucks. (Which is barely ever, but still. idk if this is a new companywide thing where they just dont sell green tea plain anymore, but thats so lame. I only really go there to get out of the cold while i wait for the bus, but i think ill just suffer lol. (Im sure Every employee reading this is overjoyed Im just really pissed that i wasted 3 bucks on something that takes 10 seconds to make.But i suppose i also shouldnt be ordering at a starbucks when i have things to do.
I just walked up at 4pm after paying for parking and there's a sign saying they are closed and people inside apparently cleaning up. On a Thursday!
This is the Starbucks on campus of Marquette University. It is the dirtiest location I have ever stepped foot in. Half of the seats are taken by students which is perfectly normal. The other seats are occupied by bums. They live there. They know the code to the bathroom doors. It smells like urine. I'll never come here again.
The employees are nice and courteous except for a manager Big problem with loitering of people who don't spend money and pan handling. Experience that the employees support it. And they want a union hahaha. I'm deleting my Starbucks app and not going to this Starbucks
A young lady was in the restaurant and she wanted me to buy her a coffee but I didn't have anymore money, so she asked the Manager. The Manager Ray did not hesitate and provided her with a free cup of coffee.I had to take the time out and acknowledge what Ray did. What he has demonstrated speaks volume. This is why I literally enjoy coming to Starbucks. They treat us like WE are somebody be cause WE ALL ARE SOMEBODY. Kudos to you Ray. I am asking upper management to please acknowledge Ray please. What he did was AMAZING!
