All of the workers seemed delightful we throughly enjoyed our many desserts, however one bartender immediately turned our to experience from amazing to terrible. We waited 20 minutes for ourdrinks and had finished all of our desserts no longer desired them, because we were about to leave. We addressed at about the10 minute mark to the counter attendant that we were still waiting on our drinks, the building was kinda more empty at thispoint. She reassured we?d receive them let the bartender know. My friend, who had paid for the meal, eventually went up andcancelled the order after another 10 minutes. To which the bartender who was supposed to make our drinks walked by slammed ourdrink ticket through the stabber in front of us at the counter with a disgruntled attitude. I was so disappointed that a cookiewas their peace offering for a staff member?s poor attitude. We never received a sincere apology. The server who had brought usthe cookie mentioned the bartender thought the ticket was old and the drinks had already been made. Just poor communication allaround. Not really sure what to else to say.
Amazing desserts and a nice selection of small savory plates! Their selection changes frequently but I recommend the pear blood orange crunch dessert, chocolate mousse cake, as well as the stuffed piquillo peppers and bacon wrapped dates. Theircoffee/matcha drinks were not super sweet so they were an excellent pairing with the desserts. Definitely returning soon.
Cute dessert-focused spot. Came here to dodge the rain one Saturday afternoon and had a lovely time. The four of us settled into a booth with a desert of choice and latte, and the atmosphere was chill. You order at the counter first and the. They bring outyour order to your number. They have a bar with bar seating inside as well. Indoor seating only. Single occupant restroomsavailable in the back left. Credit cards accepted. The Rocher Mousse cake looked quite aesthetic and the matcha latte I had wascomforting. The pistachio cookie was alright. They have sorbet as well. It was a nice place to come to after brunch.
Edwards Dessert Kitchen is such a treat. It's always fun to see the seasonal treats, on this visit I had the poached pear blood orange, which consist of pear chantilly, blood orange mousse, white chocolate rice crispy. The best part of this dessertis to crack it by lightly tapping on the side. The rice crispy adds a nice crunch to balance out the mousse and pear chantilly.Highly recommend! But who goes to Edwards to get one dessert? The second dessert of this trip- Pumpkin Sage Cheesecake. I wasskeptical at first but my companion was insistent- sage and pumpkin- it works. The cake was light, fluffy, pumpkin flavor wasnot over powering. Another delicious treat. Menu is in the pillar before getting to the dessert case.
A very unique and fun place to spend some quality time with your loved ones over desert. We had some kind of chocolate desert and blueberry cheesecake and Cafe mocha. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully . They also serve Panna so I give anextra Star just for that.
