Pat's Tap - Minneapolis

We had a coupon so we came here and it was GREAT! Fun to try a new spot for us. Loved the bacon burger! Skee ball and pool was a fun addition to the evening.

While visiting Minneapolis, I was searching for a bar to watch a Green Bay Packers game. We were thrilled to have found a fantastic one. The bar had excellent staff and is definitely worth visiting at any time.

We had a wonderful experience at this trendy local bar. The Mac and Cheese was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent, and we were not let down by our daughter's recommendation. The variety of beers available and the lively atmosphere made for a great evening. We definitely plan on returning soon.

I'm always on the lookout for charcuterie plates. I've had good ones and not so good ones over the years. So it came as a wonderful surprise when I happened upon the Pig Out Plate at Pat's Tap. It was the highlight of my visit. The food is tasty, the drink menu is large and inventive, and there's skee-ball. What more could you want? Edit 2023: what happened to the food? The last time I was there a month ago, the pig out plate was awful. Everything tasted like it was straight from a grocery aisle, and one of the “relishes” tasted identical to Pace salsa from a jar. One of the cheeses tasted and looked like the square cut Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar blocks.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is amazing. We attended a trivia night, which may not be very profitable for them, but the service was still top-notch and the staff was very attentive even though we only ordered a few rounds of drinks. This place has a diverse appeal, as it can function as a dive bar with games like skeeball and pool, a spot to sit at the bar, or a great option for a dinner or date night. The vibes here are fantastic.
