Applebee's Grill - Mission

Eating was okay. it took a long time to get out and not many people there. but at least it was hot. service was not so great. I was two children, and they didn't seem interested in us at all.

Service is fantastic. workers are very nice, the resturaunt is always clean and eating is good. I would recommend that the restuaraunt should make the fries fresher. every time I eat here, they are cold and taste as if they were left out an hour before serving. except the great place to eat. just don't order anything that pommes has added.

This assessment is taken as I am a veteran. for as long as I knew, Applebee celebrated our nation veterans. good eating, great service by excellent employees and the company of the co-operators make a great evening. there are other options on veterans day with similar offered by free means of life. it is the food and service that deserves my recommendation and repurchase in the future. on a page note please be patient with the personal. as many know, most restaurants are under staffed and delays will be a normal event for the time. this does not reduce the quality of the service or eating, only the time it needs.

This wasn't a very good experience. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks. One of the items ordered was a chicken quesadilla, which to be fair, they did take off the bill. This was because it sat in the window after it was done for a good twenty minutes. The pretzel sticks we ordered were brought to us still doughy; half-done. The brownie bite I ordered was so hard, I literally couldn't cut through it. They did also remove that from the bill. The service was terrible. It was a nice, clean restaurant, just a terrible meal and service.

Giving two stars because the person that brought the food out to our car was nice. I ordered a chicken fajita roll up. I'm pretty sure the fries were made the day before. They were hard and cold. Not crispy hard, like days old left on a counter hard, not able to be revived in the air fryer hard. My husband ordered the classic combo. Which was anemic for the $16 price tag. Everything was covered in buffalo sauce whether it was supposed to be or not. He did say most of the things that were supposed to be crispy were actually crispy. Everytime I order, I remember how disappointed I was the last time and swear it's the last time I'm ordering, so now I'm writing this to remind myself not to order there again. Just save yourself the frustration. It's not even passable as a quick meal on the run.
