Shawarma Royale - Mississauga

I had a birthday party today and decided to order the food from them. I'm so glad I and my friends liked to eat it. it tastes so good, and it looks great. I ordered a mixed family plate with 36 falafel pieces. I asked her if I could bring a teller for the falafel and they did it for me, the personal was so nice and friendly. I will definitely come back to this place and I really recommend it! it is one of the best shawarma places in mississauga.

I went there with high expectations, but I was disappointed. The shawarma was only average and didn’t stand out at all. The service was fine, and the shawarma itself was a decent size, but it was overpriced. I can't justify paying $15 for it.

I visited a typical shawarma shop at their North York location while I was in Mississauga and decided to stop by. However, I found one aspect quite unsettling. The carver, or the gentleman preparing the shawarmas, displayed what I felt was a thoughtless approach. As I stood there with a few other customers, all of us holding our receipts to collect our orders, he chose to take our food to the cash register instead. I found that a bit odd; I was ready to show my receipt to receive my shawarma, but he took it elsewhere first. Aside from that, the shawarma itself was decent – I ordered it with chicken, pickles, and garlic sauce, and it was okay.

We visited the new location on Eglinton/Ridgeway. The food was a bit salty and tasted stale. The service was acceptable, but the staff seemed inexperienced. It was surprising that they ran out of hummus and tahini, especially for a shawarma place, and they also forgot the pomegranate molasses sauce, which is a key specialty that sets them apart from other shawarma spots. The coleslaw was over-dressed, and the meat didn’t taste fresh at all. However, my portion was decent.

The food is good, the drinks not cold enough, the workers was nice but i have some concern: the workers need more hygiene practices GPP, four men working there only one of them put hair net and others not hair net and beard net !! They need to clean the front door and the display windows and change some dirty paper, same thing the sidewalk for the store as you can see it in the pictures If you are wondering why i didn?t take a picture for the workers because i respect the privacy
