Timothys World Coffee - Mississauga

This restaurant has deteriorated from moderately well-managed to horrible in a short period of time. Some of the employees are kind, which is the only positive aspect of the establishment. During busy times, there is a lack of staff and no support from management, leaving the workers overwhelmed. During my last visit, I was met with the sight of cockroaches near the garbage can instead of enjoying a coffee and bagel. It is unacceptable to subject employees to such conditions and to allow customers to dine in this environment. The restaurant is in a deplorable state and whoever is in charge should be dismissed. It is imperative for the sake of customers that improvements are made, or else the establishment should not claim to be reputable.

This used to be my favorite coffee spot for years, mainly because of the flavored options. However, after three recent negative experiences, I have decided not to return. Firstly, I arrived one morning at 8:17 and had to knock on the still locked door. The woman who finally opened gave me a bad attitude for arriving nearly 20 minutes after they were supposed to open at 8. Second, I was disappointed to find out that they were not brewing any flavored coffees because they are usually slow in the morning. I questioned why they would be slow, and noticed that there is usually only one person working. This morning was the final straw when I was told that they couldn't serve me anything because the internet was down. Even though I had exact change, the woman refused to serve me and gave me even more attitude. I left feeling upset because I enjoy the coffee, but don't want to go to Tim's or Starbucks. It's a shame that this place has gone downhill.

The coffee is fantastic, the service is great, and the treats are absolutely delicious. It's so hard to choose just one.

This place has bug issues. Literally the whole muffins and cakes had tons of bugs sitting on it. When I complained to the staff, they said that we will talk to the manager and didn't remove it immediately. I never heard such a d answer in my whole life. The food contamination will be reported to the Region of Peel health inspection and the Timothy's head office. I have attached the pic for public awareness.

Came here on Sunday November 21, 4:30 pm for coffee and food. The scones, tarts, pastries had 18 flies sitting on them. I took the photo and video and reported to the health inspection. I also reported to the head office. The female staff removed the plates of pastries and 30 more flies came out from the pastry display. I’m feeling sick and traumatized. The female employee told me she sold the food with the bugs all day and no one said anything. The other customers in the coffee shop was terrified when they saw the massive swarm of bugs in the food. The male cashier yelled at me and said “do you still want to order or not”.Horrible service, dirty coffee shop that violates city of peel health inspection, horrible quality of coffee and food. Never again! This place has been reported to peel health inspection and head office. Health risk and cleanliness is clearly not a priority for the owner.
