Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Missoula

The workers were overwhelmed, but they did their best to order. they spent more time to repair orders and make them correct. eating was good, but we had several mistakes with our order. next time we go if it's not so busy. we'll stop again. food: 4/5

I wish that this review was not necessary, I know that the people here work hard. but this mistake could have made me sick. the chicken in my meal was raw. not undercooked, completely raw. I brought back the meal and they immediately offered to replace it for me. but when I showed them the rohe huhn, I heard that the staff the kitchen “rohes huhn, AGAIN”. so it does not seem to be an isolated incident. Hopefully, this feedback is helpful to ensure that this is not going forward again.

I really do like Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. They just have such an awesome variety to choose from when it comes to different kinds of treats they serve. I usually get something really chocolatey or Reese's. My wife gets the strawberry cheesecake blizzard. They also have some pretty good food on the grill side of it. I really love the chicken strips and burgers they serve. The store location on Reserve is really clean, comfortable atmosphere if you sit in, and plenty of room. The staff are really courteous, professional, and helpful. I haven't had any issues anytime I go.

My Oreo Dirt Pie blizzard was delicious only thing is that my mom’s Caramel Turtle blizzard had bitter pecans in it.

Burnt Burgers, soggy fries, half melted ice cream and price gouging. Nice enough people working here but dang, talk about a major drop in quality and major raise in prices....
