Feedback gevenI recently visited a Jack in the box and was very disappointed by the customer service I received. The staff at the counter was rude and seemed upset when I placed my order. When I got my food, it was cold and underwhelming. I tried to bring this to the attention of the employee, but they just rolled their eyes and told me it was fresh. I will not return to this Jack in the Box Missouri City because of the poor customer service and the quality of food. It is clear that employees do not prioritise the satisfaction of their customers.
We placed our order.taco and onion rings. another customer there already had food. 23 minutes later and no food. She had to remember our order, because as soon as they removed our onion rings, the cook skipped us and filled 4 other taco and onion ring orders. The cashier had to pack our order if it wasn't a star for them.
Night leader Abu is a $$ hole. I should have known that there will be a problem because his name looks like he was writing nail varnish on his name tag. I told him I ordered online... Confirmation number, reception, showed him where they took the money from my account... he said he had no order for me. I confirmed the address. he doesn't say his problem that he didn't take my money, the app... real?? Are you not a representative of the company you work for? He didn't have to be rude. as if he hadn't done anything. If you are really the manager, you should be able to make an executive decision and just make my food or give me my money back after I showed you all this evidence. I think he just didn't want to do it because his line was secured and I ordered breakfast. There was another lady who complained about something. I'm not back.
Overnight/early morning shift workers are rude. They tell you to order through the app then get mad bc you sit there try to order then tell me to pull up then when I pull up they tell me to pull up again bc I’m making them look bad bc of “time” as I’m tryna get an understanding dude keeps cutting me off as I’m explaining to them how they’re not making sense saying I’m making them look bad. Didn’t even order bc their energy was bad I don’t trust them to make my food.
Visited JITB on 13925 Fondren Road on 27 November. I ordered Cluck chicken sandwich. Marquis said $8.69. When I got into the window, I was charged $9.68... a dollar more. No explanation or offer to change the price at all. When I left, I called back to get the manager's name. Very unprofessional unprofessional people at this point. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never go there again. I also complained to the office.
