Very Good Soup and Noodles. Beef broth is very tasty.

Ahhhhhhhhhh! Not too often I can say that, but it was suuuuuuuuuuper! Come enjoy!

My question is why is this place slammed? There be a line out the door here.

I honestly don't know how this has such a high review score. The broth is extremely salty. The process for their broth types is rather unusual. When I asked the owner/server specifics on their “ramen” dishes, he had no clue. He said I have to ask his wife in the kitchen. They seemed like good folks that probably need a few lessons on running a restaurant.
