Absolutely awful. Fun games as always, but the staff is incredibly rude.

Honestly, with how short staffed it was the experience was quite great! I do admit that they do have there faults but I feel a part of that being post covid. I mean, I can see how hard it hit the place but they seem to do be doing there best. Prices are a little high but I assume that could be covid's fault as well. Chuck E Cheese is just not that fun anymore, 90% of the games are just to get tickets, and a good portion of the ones that are aren’t are driving games. The prizes, which have always been cheap little trinkets, are even less desirable now. I have four kids, ages 5—11, and played for an hour. No one fought me on leaving because we were all getting bored.

Kids enjoyed playing. Couldn't afford to eat and play games. Some games not working

To have a policy that the employees can't execute is ridiculous. Stamp the kid and mother at the door is great but when they stop you at the door asking for matching stamps that they failed to issue!! Just about got the employees assaulted!
