I wanted to inquire about the Yuba chicken, but I was informed that they are no longer serving it. It's disappointing as I have been coming to this restaurant for years specifically for that dish.
I like the yuba vaporized and found the sweet taste of the bungalow and the hearty taste of the tofus to be really delicious. also, super cheap!
The flavor of the yuba bun was subtle, but tasty, a great snack for lunch when you had a big breakfast.
The bun was not as bland as as I thought it would be given the reviews. It was ok and so was the price.
